The candidate manages and oversees operations of multiple Trial Division offices. Leads assigned Trial Division offices through management of the Managing Attorneys, in the delivery of legal services, including compliance with Best Practices, Best Processes, performance management, timekeeping, productivity and engagement. Develops, maintains and promotes relationships, and serves as a partner, with claims management, with exception of commercial work. Serves as guarantor of quality for assigned offices. Reviews and monitors quality, productivity and timely service to customers. conducts file audits, providing coaching and feedback to associates following review. Creates and is accountable for implementing the action plan based on findings. Seeks feedback on attorney performance and file handling from ZPGL specifically related to commercial work. Oversees high exposure cases. Apprises AVP of key litigation, performance issues and staffing issues. Proposes recommendations to address identified issues. Partners with AVP and BLOD on expense management in assigned offices. Supports Trial Division, AVP and Business Operations Director in development of annual budget. Oversees time allocation process, billing procedures and related income to ensure adequate coverage of expenses. Maintains a caseload as determined by AVP. Assures compliance with all applicable ethical and Internal Audit procedures and requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
