Responsibilities:
? Design, implement, integrate, and test application software ? Demonstrate passion for continuous improvement, situational leadership and take personal ownership of quality (i.e., do no harm) ? Identify work and ensure the team is focused on providing high and meaningful value ? Hold anyone in the product development organization accountable for agreements made ? Contribute to the creation and improvement of system features, packaging, testing, test automation, and continuous integration, delivery, and documentation ? Triage and resolve bugs and problems ? Provide guidance, cross-training, and support within the product development organization ? Provide realistic estimates, foster a culture of transparency, and meet agreed-upon commitments ? Facilitate communication internally, with stakeholders, users, and/or customers on specifications, architecture, design, implementation, and approvals ? Actively participate, engage, and contribute in meetings ? Leverage other internal organizations to facilitate product success ? Prepare and present technical material to PM, stakeholders, and customers ? Present technical information to large audiences ? Perform other job-related duties as assigned Job Requirements Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:
? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field ? 6
years of experience working in a similar role using C/C+
? Experience developing software on UNIX/Linux or embedded operating systems ? Experience troubleshooting, debugging & root cause analysis of software problems ? Experience with Python, QT/QML, MQTT, IPC, RPC, sockets and/or audio/video players would be advantageous.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
