Implementation Project Manager

A software company in California has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new Implementation Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
The Implementation Project Manager (Remote) will:
Serve as lead to Implement benefits with mid-market customers Effectively manage project plans to deadlines delivering great results Develop and present keynote presentations to customers (project kickoff, tax/withholding, other benefit components) Identify key focus areas to drive customer results and engage with customer stakeholders to handle objections, remove roadblocks and move implementation forward Review customer contracts to understand selected benefits and explain to customers how benefits work and integrate into medical plans Work with the Internal Marketing team to understand changes to benefits and successfully market changes to customer Perform technical benefits system set-up for new customers Partner with internal Customer Success team to ensure warm hand-off and success with customer after go-live Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
3
years of Project Management experience Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Experience with Customer Success and Benefits Exposure to implementing systems/plans/programs Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills:
Experience with Employee Benefits space Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Employee Benefits Interpersonal Skills Presentations Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
