Position Summary Under the Direction of the Project Manager, the Junior Project Manager will work to support the successful completion of projects.
Manage and distribute incoming project deliverables, maintain project budgets, schedules, monitor progress according to set standards, and work with outside vendors/partners on client deliverables.
Ensure that customer issues, questions, and service needs are received and addressed in a timely manner.
The Junior Project Manager will provide analysis regarding warranty and other claims, reporting issues up to management, and ensuring the claims are addressed in a timely manner.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring customer/client satisfaction with the products received.
HOSPITALITY FURNITURE BACKGROUND IS PREFERRED Essential Duties ? Works with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of deliverables ? Monitors project schedules and takes the lead on closing out tasks to meet deliverable deadlines ? Capable of completing tasks quickly, and according to expectations ? Alerts teams of deadlines, and identifies and troubleshoots problems in workflow ? Routes work for internal and external approvals ? Is detail-oriented, organized, and able to wear many hats as needed ? Is proactive and has a positive attitude; is flexible and works well under pressure ? Has excellent problem-solving abilities ? Has an aptitude for cloud-based computer software, with the ability to learn new programs ? Vast knowledge of important elements of project management, i.

Proficiency in customer relations Position Competencies HOSPITALITY FURNITURE BACKGROUND IS PREFERRED Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Possess a service-oriented mindset with effective customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of company/industry specific concepts including, but not limited to furniture design, shop drawings, working materials (wood, metal, fabric, upholstery, etc.
), engineering concepts, etc.
Effective organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Proactive and detail-oriented work style with the ability to generate error free work and ensure any engineering or product quality issues are identified and corrected in a timely manner.
Ability to conduct inspections of products, services, and/or processes to evaluate quality and/or effectiveness.
Position Requirements High Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, JR Project Manager, or similar role.
1-2 years of experience in customer service.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlooks, etc.
), video conference/chat applications (e.
g.
, Zoom, Teams, etc.
), and other common office applications.
Experience with NetSuite or comparable software is desired.

Working Environment The majority of work is performed in an indoor office setting and/or home office (if work from home is approved).
You must follow all Company policies on safety and security of company property.
You are expected to inquire about safety and ergonomics when uncertain or entering a new work environment where hazards may be present.
Employees are expected to abide by safety procedures in effect at any additional worksites, vendor/client offices, etc.
You must be able to sit at and navigate a computer workstation for up to eight hours per day.
You may be required to travel periodically.
