We have been in business since 1980. We began as management consulting firm, a particular area of focus was helping business leaders identify and eliminate problem generators from their organizations. Our assessments were developed to help coach business leaders on their own strengths and weaknesses. These tools quickly became popular to use in the hiring process. Now with over 20 years of testing these assessment tools have been used to help hundreds of business leaders select the best talent.
In 2013 we began our own in house recruiting efforts using our own tools to identify talent for our clients. We have successfully identified many talented people over the past year and are looking to expand our client base of client we recruit for. Our secret weapon has helped us find and identify talent that has historically been hard to find. We specialize in direct placement of executives, sales people and administrative staff. We are looking to expand the recruiting component of our business by hiring a Sales Executive / Inside Sales Representative to help lead the way.
A successful Sales Executive / Inside Sales Representative for The Hire Talent will achieve the following goals in 2014:
1.In the first 3 months the Sales Executive will learn the basics of identifying top talent.
2.The Inside Sales Representative will retain 3 new clients for our recruiting service within the first 90 days of being employed
3.1st year goal is 30 new recruiting requisitions for the Inside Sales Representative
4.The Sales Executive will develop and refine marketing efforts to support sales goals.
5.The Inside Sales Representative will sign up 12 new assessment testing service contracts in the first year
6.The Sales manager will assist in the hiring and training of new sales people after 9 months of employment. Expectation is to recruit and hire 1-2 additional sales people in the first year.
The Hire Talent will provide training, tools needed to achieve these goals, and opportunity for career growth.
Sales Manager Compensation is $32-$42k Base Salary Plus commissions + 20% commission on all services sold, plus residual revenue from assessment services. Benefits . Realistic First year expected earnings between $80,000-$115,000. Additional bonus potential for achieving sales revenue goals.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
