Now, to keep moving forward at a rapid pace, this team needs a Continuous Improvement Engineer to revolutionize the way they produce memorable cuisine.
Here, a Continuous Improvement Engineer like you will oversee facility-wide improvements by identifying, planning, and taking charge of changes to the supply chain.
This Continuous Improvement Engineer will:
Deploy Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline manufacturing processes.
Train and mentor scores of employees in Lean & Six Sigma techniques that result in more efficient operations.
Interact with Corporate and Shop Floor Managers at multiple manufacturing facilities making recommendations within department goals and objectives, achieving desired results.
Perform economic analysis of assigned work to provide a systematic approach as you allocate essential resources.
Report to Operational Excellence Management as part of a team of Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts.
Apply knowledge and experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Process Reliability (TPR).
This Continuous Improvement Engineer has:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical and Industrial preferred).
Black Belt Certification in Lean and Six Sigma.
Industry knowledge and experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment.
Strong Project Management and Leadership skills
Strong organization, time management and conflict resolution skills.
Intermediate computing, software skills.
Ability to travel.
