years of current Full Service Restaurant Manager experience at a corporate Casual Dining Chain
High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million per year in sales
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on in training and developing hourly employees
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Must have late night bar/liquor background to be considered for this opening
